You're working for a nearby homeless shelter that is in need of people like you. You are needed to cook certain recipes and to serve them to the poor. Oh and by the way, the homeless shelter can't afford meat so you must serve the soup from the vegetables. Good luck and make sure time doesn't run out.
Use either the mouse or the arrow keys to control your spoon that catches the vegetables. At the beginning of each soup, you will be given a recipe proportion sheet. Try to catch vegetables in relation to the proportion sheet you are given. Your current proportion and your target proportion are both shown in the bar graphs below. You also have to get enough vegetables so there is enough soup for all the hobos. The red bar to the left shows how much more vegetables are needed. Play Word Grid and showcase your massive vocabulary! The game presents a square divided into 16 grids, each contains a letter, and your task is to form words with 3 to 8 letters within the time limit. Simply click on the adjacent letters in vertical, horizontal or diagonal directions, for example "C-A-R-E". A line will appear to link up the letters, and the word "CARE" will show at the bottom. Then click the last letter of the word again to submit. If the word exists, it will appear on the right of the grid, forming a word list. The line on the grid and the word at the bottom will then be cleared, and you may start to spell another word. The score will be counted according to the numbers of words formed and the numbers of letters in each word; the more letters in a word, the higher the score. An extra bonus will be awarded after all words have been formed. You may use the same grid more than once, so try to form as many words as possible before the time runs out! Also be reminded that when you correctly spell a word with 5 or more letters, your word list will be sorted alphabetically, and the words not yet formed will be represented by spaces hinting the number of letters, so don't hesitate to form longer, bigger words! Win the game by finding all the words and become a real word game expert! |

This game is played by two people. In this game there will be a board of 8 x 8 squares, the squares will have alternate black and white colours, and each player has 3 rows of pieces put on the black squares. A piece can only move forward, it can either move one step diagonally or capture an opponent piece by jumping over it. In a single move, a piece can jump consecutively to capture multiple opponent pieces. When an opponent piece can be captured, you must capture the opponent piece, i.e. you cannot move without capturing when there are some pieces that you can capture. When a piece reaches the last row, it will be crowned and gains the ability to move backwards. When you capture all the pieces of the other player, you win. You can also win when the opponent cannot make any moves. It is possible that none of the players can force a win, in this case a draw game occurs when both players agree so. Serving as a paramedic, your goal in the game is to deliver the patients in need to the hospital in the swiftest manner. The game starts with an emergency call stating the patient's location. Then click the OK button on the screen or press spacebar on your keyboard to start the mission. Use the four arrow keys on your keyboard to control the ambulance and get to the destination as quickly as you can. Follw the directions indicated by the compass on the left, travel to the designated locations marked by green circles to pick up the patients and then send them to the hospital. The ETA at the top left corner shows the estimated time of arrival, and you should aim to complete a mission within the ETA so as to receive more experience points and to be promoted. Note that even though you are rushing, you need to be careful on the road as the ambulance may hit and crash if you do not play by the rules. The level of destruction is indicated by the green clamp at the bottom right corner. Whenever the ambulance is crashed, a part of the green color will turn to red. The clamp will completely turn red when the ambularnce is totally damaged, and you will lose the game. If you do not crash the ambulance, you may continue to play until the progress bar at the top is filled. Try to save as many lives as possible until your shift ends! |

You don't have to shoot a handgun in order to be enshrined in the hall of fame for sharpshooters - aim and shoot all designated objects and get the rewards in the fair, and you know you will be adored. This game opens with a page stating the valid and wrong targets of the round. Press the Continue button on the screen to start the game, and you will be given three rows of moving targets, scrolling from right to left. Use your mouse to aim and click to shoot the baseball. You may hit multiple objects by using a single baseball and this will bring you a higher score. The objects will move at a faster pace when you advance in the game. Remember not to fire at the invalid objects as one life will be deducted if you do so. If a 1 Up target appears, you may knock it down to get one extra life. You will lose if all 3 lives are gone, so mind your aim in order to survive. The board on the right shows the remaining seconds, your current score, and other related information including the number of throws, hits and misses, plus the percentage of accuracy, the number of targets hit and the completeness of the level, and your score will be calculated based on these data.
